Canterbury Cathedral. The cadaver tomb of Archbishop of Canterbury Henry Chichele. The first Cadaver Tomb to be accurately dated.
It was erected for him in 1427 and he did not die until 1443. He was educated at Winchester College and New College Oxford.

Bishop of Bath and Wells Thomas Bekynton of whom Bishop Chichele was the lifelong mentor and patron, also ordered his own tomb round about the same time as Chichele and he did not die until 1465.
