Monument to Sir William Drake

Shrouded Bust of Sir William Drake who died in 1654.

This monument is by Edward Marshall. The bust is flanked by winged hour glasses and drapes fastened at shoulder level and just below him on each side there is a deaths head with a laurel wreath on its brow.
