Bradley

Bradley, Lincolnshire AChurch of St. George.

A small village just to the west of Grimsby. The church was dedicated to St George and dates to the 13th century, it also has a 13th century font which has an inscription which says "Paternoster ave maria and criede leren ye chylde yt es nede" ()

There is a small two light round headed window with stained glass by Francis Skeat. The vidimus or the original small scale coloured sketch for this window is owned by Churchmouse.
