Benniworth, LincolnshireChurch of St. Julian |
Made of greenstone, Early English but subject to a major rebuild by James Fowler and even the doorway is his. The font has been reconstituted from Norman fragments and the screen is a rebuild of 1905 incorporating the pieces of remaining Perpendicular pieces. In the churchyard is all that remains of a 14th century cross base and shaft.
The churchyard also contains a cast-iron gravemarker.
